Job Responsibilities :
Maintains the quality of department operations in regards to cleanliness and safety.
Demonstrates the "just say yes" behavior by taking care of customer needs.
Welcomes and connects with every customer.
Coaches new team members through their training.
Follows and directs others to follow store polices and procedures for operational flow at each station.
Ensures all company polices, store operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively and maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Performs and directs others to complete the cleaning and operational tasks in accordance with the daily work list.
Orders to insure proper stock levels are being maintained.
Trains all Team Members on cash handling and cash register procedures.
Maintains accountability for department operations, team member development and financial contribution.
Prepare and post a proper department schedule and adjust staffing needs to meet department business.
Responsible for controlling some expense within a department.
Supervision of team members within an area or section of a department.

Education and Training Required :
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Required :
0 to 6 months
Work Environment :
Warehouse environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
