Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field such as Business, Healthcare Administration, or Statistics/Research Methods.
One-three (1-3) years’ experience in or market research related field.
Must be proficient in MS office (especially Excel, using Pivot tables and Slicers) and familiar with web-based intelligent dashboard platforms.
Knowledge of marketing research principles and practices.
Must have ability to solve problems, prioritize and complete work within deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in data visualization using Infographics and Adobe Suite Applications (After Effects and/or Illustrator).
Familiar with CMS CAHPS Surveying.
The Consumer Research Analyst position is responsible for supporting the comprehensive quantitative and qualitative consumer research processes within Sharp HealthCare to ensure all internal customers have access to meaningful data in a timely and useful manner. Key responsibilities include providing data analysis and interpretation as well as generating all standard reports for patient satisfaction, internal customer research and ad-hoc research initiatives. Adheres to strict timeline for generating and disseminating data at all levels of the organization and is responsible for providing updates to the system and entity report cards as well as the on-line patient satisfaction thermostat. Supports and maintains the patient satisfaction survey process, including the interface with external vendors/software products and internal information systems leaders. Utilizes Excel and other research tools for analysis and data interpretation. Supports all other aspects of Consumer Research and participates in team efforts to help coordinate events hosted by The Sharp University and The Sharp Experience as needed.
