Duties for the technician role will include: filling prescriptions, communicating with clients, pharmacies, and compounding facilities, as well as maintaining inventory. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications and completion of tasks in a timely manner. Our duties for our RVTs on the floor include (but not limited to): assisting DVM with patient assessment, treatment, and procedures; providing monitoring & nursing care to hospitalized and surgical patients; obtaining lab samples, performing in house laboratory testing, and preparing samples for reference lab testing.
