We're looking for a customer-centric B2B Product Marketer to guide the launch of new products and features. You'll interview customers, launch new products, use market insight to shape messaging, and partner with sales to develop materials and tools to arm the GTM teams to deliver Glassdoor's story to customers and prospects. And, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for our core employer branding solutions, both internally and externally.

What You'll Get To Do:
Act as the voice for customers to help shape Glassdoor's position as a thought-leader in the employer branding space
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Business Ops teams to support ongoing product adoption and retention efforts
Support the development of customer nurture programs, promotional campaigns, and relevant content (sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, white papers, web content, webinars, blogs, etc) that help establish Glassdoor as an inspiring leader in our category
Build our claims and metrics that provide reasons to believe in our value to customers
What You Bring:
An outstanding combination of business sense, high EQ, curiosity and analytical skills
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
Experience working cross-functionally to develop messaging, content, pitch decks, and playbooks with a knack for copywriting and storytelling
Proficiency in the fundamentals of product marketing and customer/market research for product discovery (quantitative and/or qualitative)
Passion for taking a customer-centric approach to product marketing
A sense of ownership and can balance strategic and tactical work
Strong organizational skills!
Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
