White Oak of York is currently seeking a Business Office Assistant to assist in processing and maintaining all appropriate and adequate information in order to bill approved payor sources for services and charges rendered by the facility. High school graduate with commercial college or business experience. Responsible for daily bank deposits and posting payments. Maintains resident fund accounts and ensures balance at all times. Assists with resident admit/discharge activity into the Orbits System for billing and completes related section of admissions for new or readmissions in the absence of the Business Office Manager. Must have Accounts Receivable/Collections experience.
