The Structured Products Analyst provides support to the development and distribution of structured investments to eligible high-net worth individuals and institutional clients.


Supports sales initiatives for the Structured Investments platform including developing and promoting the education of the product across Wealth.
Assists with managing the open architecture process including calendar pricing and one off enquiries.
Engage with Research and Strategy on a regular basis to ensure thought leadership of the Firm is being incorporated in SP idea generation process. Partner with Portfolio Consulting Group to solve portfolio gaps through the use of SPs where appropriate.
Trading of Structured Investments in the secondary market providing access to liquidity for investors in the product.
Actively develops marketing materials consistent with current regulation and engage appropriate internal partners to do so.
Works with risk, governance, compliance and legal to ensure that sales processes/procedures are current and compliant as necessary.
Day to day support of product platform including deal set up, working on queries with Operations and other infrastructure partners, assisting with client and FA set up for the product.
Support the roll-out of Structured Investments to legacy Stifel FA channel (and new FA recruits).
Some travel by car and/or air in conjunction with local, regional and/or national travel, may be required.

Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum Required: 1-3 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry
Minimum Required: Series 7, 63 or 66 obtained within 12 months of hire
Knowledge, theories and concepts of Investment Product Services methodology, process development, change management and implementation.
Results oriented individual, with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Knowledge of the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Managing one’s own time and priorities to ensure the meeting of deadlines. Proven experience coordinating and completing assigned tasks, independently, accurately and on a timely basis.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, maturity, intellectual curiosity, initiative and good judgment; takes pride of ownership for wins and accountability for losses/mistakes.
