Job Responsibilities

Clinical and Senior Clinical Supervisors primarily perform the duties and responsibilities of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), demonstrating competency in the assessment and/or treatment of clients through the practice of ABA. They provide direct clinical services to clients and families, supervision of RBTs and the entire therapy team, and trainings to staff, caregivers, and teachers. They ensure the quality culture at Engage, participate in activities for professional growth, and continue to increase their skill sets as BCBAs through trainings and conferences.

Job Requirements

  • Must hold current certification by the BACB or be eligible to sit for the certification exam. BCBAs that require additional experience will be enrolled in Engage Behavioral Health's BCBA mentorship program.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with autism and other special needs.
  • Experience administering a variety of assessments including but not limited to the ABLLS-R, VB- MAPP, AFLS and/or Essentials for Living
