Tasks
Produce and maintain updated operating guidelines and ensure documentation for all functions of the PEC including customer flow, drive program delivery, simulators, IT/AV support, building and facility functions, food & beverage operations and business centers
Ensure that the PEC team (internal and vendor staff) are trained to follow SOP’s, all safety measures and Porsche Brand Standards
Production of reports and presentations for monthly internal PEC meetings and quarterly Executive management reviews
Implement and track an effective fleet management and vehicle utilization system to ensure that resources are being properly allocated and efficiently used
Work with the greater PCNA Product and Academy/Training teams and the vendor partner to ensure product knowledge is kept current and communicated
Remain current on customer feedback and address any gaps to improve the overall experience – creating an action plan as needed
Build and monitor the 75+ vehicle fleet of the PEC within PCNA guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Business related area or equivalent degree
Minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate management of operations, production, drive/track operations
Prior work within the motorsports and drive industry, with a demonstrated background of drive ability
Proven success in managing a team
Demonstrated success in strategic and operational projects
Ability to lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts and collaboratively gather resources to identify best practices
Automotive industry experience is preferred
Proficient computer skills in all Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
