JOB PURPOSE-
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare New Store folders – Floor Plans, Cover sheets.
2. Understand customer demographics, and local market trends for new store locations.
3. Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance for existing stores in similar markets to determine appropriate inventory levels and product mix for new store openings.
4. Develop merchandise assortment and allocation that aligns with store targets, Performa, and store format. Keeping in mind all exception lists.
5. Optimize inventory levels by ensuring adequate products across all categories available for assortment.
6. Confirm final assortment to leave DC assuring all product allocated is part of initial shipment.
7. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for new store allocations.
8. Additional tasks as needed.

Problem Solving
Ability to work in a challenging environment
Computer proficient with Advanced computer skills in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-
The pay range for this role is $25-$28/hr USD
