This position oversees the direction of retail broker/contractor and employee resources and set/surge projects within a specified sales territory. This position will also represent Post Consumer Brands and ensure company sales and marketing objectives are attained in assigned accounts/segments. Success is achieved through the effective coordination of broker/contractor resources, PCB employees and successful business building/selling skills.

**Position will be Remote/Work From Home in the KC/OK City area.

Job Activities/Duties
Broker/Contractor Management

Create in-store retail execution processes and communicate execution expectations to broker and broker sales force. Oversee and improve the effectiveness of retail broker network and set/surge projects through broker meetings and store level audits. Evaluate broker performance; assist with sales calls, provide selling tools, audit, and educate and train broker sales force on all PCB products. Effectively recap existing market conditions, recommending corrective actions as needed. Budget, track/manage and approve all payment for broker services.

Strategy & Innovation

Provide “street” intelligence to the Retail Team Leader to develop world class merchandising initiatives including the use of technology and other concepts to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Sales Planning & Administration.

Effectively manage budgeted broker funds for assigned accounts and markets – including the receipt of contracts, invoices, and proof of performance. Prepare objectives for each broker including merchandising activities, displays, shelf management projects, and share of shelf targets. Ensure broker implementation of promotions. Maintain knowledge of PCB business trends in each market: promotions, industry/market conditions, competitive activities, etc. Participation with Regional/Key Account Managers and marketing department in preparing new product presentations, and merchandising proposals. Prepare reports: monthly merchandising metric updates, recap of sales promotions, and tracking of annual objectives.

Job Requirements
Education: 4-year college degree preferred.
Experience: 3 - 5 Years grocery and food broker management experience a prerequisite.
Travel: Up to 50-60% travel required.
Broker management and supervisory skills.
Must work independently and be self-motivated.
