cThe Keri Shull Team in Arlington is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Coordinator with Background in Graphic Design who will work directly for our Marketing Manager. This is a great position for someone who has an eye for design, proven skills, and is looking for a full time position to create awesome landing pages and ad campaigns. Read to the bottom for application instructions.

This is a full time, 9-5, in-house position. You will need to be in our Rosslyn office from Monday to Friday, this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:
Create design and coordinate production of all print materials - direct mail, business cards, folder, brochures, etc.
Create banners, swag, clothing designs, and other creative materials for events
Act as liaison between company and vendor partners for fulfillment
Create graphics for the social and web team for advertising
Light video and photo editing
Executive on directive from the marketing manager
Other duties as assigned

Technical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar
Proven design experience
Indesign and Photoshop
iMovie, Final Cut, or other popular video editing platform
Savvy with social design apps
Typography and color theory knowledge

  • Eye for detail and innovative design

The compensation for this position is $37,000 to $52,000 DOE, as well as a company 401k/profit sharing plan & health insurance plan. We have a gym, free parking, team incentive vacations (we just got back from Miami!), tons of happy hours, and more.
