The Client Service Associate will be the single point of contact for all daily operational and servicing needs.

Ideal candidates must have exceptional organizational skills required – this priority cannot be overstated. Additionally, associate must be able to multi task, track various projects and initiatives simultaneously, anticipate additional needs and/or follow-on steps for client or partner requests have strong communication and Excel skills, and have a polished, professional, client-focused attitude.

Must have financial industry experience processing distribution request, RMDs, transfer and rollover of retirement accounts, and opening financial and insurance related investments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for the advisors as well as prospects in need of investment planning or advice in regards to their existing portfolio
  • Optimize the client experience and develop long term relationships and partnerships with clients
  • Assisting the Financial Planner in the planning process.
  • Must be familiar with processing New Business accounts.
  • Must be familiar with ACAT /Roll over/Asset Transfers
  • Familiar with investments products (managed money, variable annuities, index annuities)
  • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor, parent company, and FINRA.
  • Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor's practice.
  • Positive attitude.

Preferred Experience:

  • College degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of similar experience.
  • Preferred if: familiar with RedTail Technology CRM, Excel, and Albridge Wealth Reporting.
  • Be able to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses, or already hold such licenses.


This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are hiring immediately

Competitive salary depending on experience. Investment background is desired.
