We are currently seeking a Rental Coordinator with an outstanding work ethic that will have their own runway to grow within the company.


The mission for the Rental Coordinator is to manage the rental customer experience, execute and manage the rental contract process and to both internally and externally source equipment for the fleet. Serving our rental customers to provide first line phone and email communication and manage their experience from first call in to rental return. There will be a sales aspect to your role involving internal phone and emails to generate new customers and increase our rentals with existing customers. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating the rental make ready process and will interact with the service department to ensure we have a “Rental Ready Fleet”.

You need the following to get in the door:

  • 5+ years of experience in equipment rentals
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Must be able to work in office and warehouse environment

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
