The Graphic Designer and Web Developer will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and implementing functional, user-friendly website that aligns with our brand identity and business goals. This role requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition between graphic design and web development tasks, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence for our organization.
Essential Job Duties:
Graphic Design:
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and produce compelling visual assets, including but not limited to: social media graphics, banners, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design projects and marketing channels.
Create visually engaging illustrations and infographics to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices, infusing fresh ideas into projects to maintain a modern and appealing visual identity.
Web Development:
Design and develop responsive, user-centric websites that enhance the user experience and reflect the brand's image.
Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant frameworks to implement interactive and functional web elements.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility (SEO).
Conduct regular website maintenance and updates to ensure content accuracy and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and UX/UI designers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project requirements.
Completes special projects as assigned by leadership*.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer or a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create captivating visual assets.
Strong web development skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with web development frameworks and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work on time and within project scope.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
