IZ Technologies is looking for personnel to be responsible for providing comprehensive and detailed training on various intelligence systems. These systems of systems are comprised of an extensive communications and intelligence architectures that enables distributed processing and information sharing of data from sensors and other sources across the globe; software tools to help the users perform the analyses, update, and share intelligence products; servers that store data and collected intelligence; and alignment to a set of common standards that enable integration of new technology, processes, and ideas. As technology evolves and new warfighting requirements emerge, these capability sets require updating to meet the user needs. They contribute to visualization and situational awareness (SA), thereby enhancing tactical maneuver, maximizing combat power and enhancing the ability to operate in an unpredictable and changing environment throughout the operational spectrum.
IZ Technologies will be providing Senior Technical Trainers to support this effort.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities for the Senior Technical Trainer are listed below and representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive:
Manage any government-provided suite of equipment in a government designated facility/facilities for training and familiarization of software and hardware baselines.
Provide relevant and professional classroom and over-the-shoulder training in support of the customer; the soldier. Training will be conducted using the following tools; Training Support Packages, PowerPoint presentations, Lesson Plans and techniques, tactics, tips and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Education, Experience:
BA/BS with ten years or Graduate of a technical or computer school with five years of training/instructor experience.
Experience with Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) such as Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Battle Command Common Services (BCCS), Global Command and Control System – Army (GCCS-A), Intelligence Fusion Server (IFS), Geospatial Intelligence Workstation (GWS), Cross Domain Server Solution (CDSS) systems
Have at least two or more of the following current IAT Level II or III Certifications: CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP
Excellent operator skillset using Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
Knowledge of, and the capability to use operating systems and database management systems.
Experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of network / computer systems and individual peripheral devices.
Available for assignment to various CONUS/OCONUS sites for extended terms.
Possess a US driver’s license.
Either possess or able to obtain a US Passport within 30 days of employment
Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret SCI clearance (case by case review of individuals pending results for TS)
Candidate must be able to pass single scope (CI) polygraph
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Microsoft Server training/experience.
Familiarization with the following hardware: Dell Servers, Dell Laptops, NetApp Servers, NetApp Disk Shelf, Cisco Switches, Sun Microsystems hardware.
Army Basic Instructor of Instructor Trainer Certification Course (ABIC or ITC) School trained/certified instructor or equivalent.
Knowledge of Army organizational structure.
Prior military experience
Must be able to stand for eight to ten hours daily while conducting instruction and be able to lift at least ten pounds from the waist level with the ground for 5 minutes.
Must have effective communication skills in English both written and oral
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team
Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information
