Position Summary

Seeking a talented and competitive Customer Care Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in partnering with our Account Director team in pursuing the opportunities they’ve created. The candidate must also be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales all while achieving our ambitious customer acquisition.

Essential Job Functions

  • Source new sales opportunities by follow-up of inbound sales lead information and by contacting prospects through email interaction
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research current customer accounts, identify key players and generate interest for purchase of our products
  • Team with channel partners to build a pipeline of impending sales and closure of sales made
  • Partner with the Account Director team by pursuing the opportunities created
  • Understand customer needs, requirements and pain points to assist in nurturing our customer base
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Qualifications

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

A passion for sales

Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with ability to demonstrate sound judgment and computer proficiency
Excellent customer interaction skills - approachable, personable with a strong ability to build and sustain trusted relationships
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, with superior listening skills
Attention to detail, effective planning, and ability to implement task efficiently
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
A minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred; in the absence of a degree, additional applicable work experience is required
