Cherry Holdings LLC, owner of Tap99, two Kilwins, and three Mission Escape Rooms, seeks a talented Social Media Content Development Specialist to join the growing, fast-paced team. Please note that this is NOT a remote position – the position is in-person and will require capturing content at a variety of locations throughout the Washington, DC metro area and working in an office setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and posting compelling content for social media that increases followers and amplifies engagement. This includes photography/photo editing, filmmaking/video editing, copywriting, online planning, and social media ad placement. We are looking for an individual that is motivated, flexible, outgoing, and performs well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
· Develop compelling social media content that increases followers and amplifies engagement
· Create and edit videos and photos
· Draft creative copy and messaging that engages followers and desired followers
· Manage social media community management – respond to comments, identify and engage with target accounts, and establish social media relationships that lead to measurable results
· Track organic and paid social media campaign performance, reporting results, and adjusting strategy as necessary
· Manage all PR/media relations efforts including proactive pitching of news and story ideas; responding to all PR inquiries; and drafting award submissions, press releases, articles, and blog posts.
· Participate and provide updates in meetings with management team

Qualifications
