The FOH Manager is responsible ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests while growing and supervising a high performing team.
Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:
· 2+ years FOH management experience in a casual dining restaurant
· Ability to execute to very high standards
· Hire, train, and supervise personnel
· Coordinate activities for restaurant operations and special events
· Detail orientated
· Guest focused and P&L driven.
· Hands-on professional dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience
