Intel is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Sourcer that thrives in a fast-paced environment and leaves no stone unturned in their effort to identify top talent in the areas of IC design, validation, verification, software, hardware, systems engineering or related technologies.
Contract: 6-9 months
Location: Chandler, AZ; Hillsboro, OR; Virtual US
As a Technical Sourcer, you will work with Recruiters across Intel to deliver talent that will drive the next data center innovations through our broad portfolio of server products, systems, and solutions. We are looking for someone who has proven success as a Sourcer or Full Cycle Recruiter in a past position and is looking for an exciting new challenge. You must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting and meeting customer expectations. You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced, team environment and you can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on their knowledge of talent acquisition, their deep curiosity for technology, and a desire to forge dynamic relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
Partner with Recruiters to manage, develop and execute on effective and efficient sourcing strategies.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates using various search techniques.
Serve as an ambassador for Intel as the initial point of contact with candidates through outreach and initial phone screens to determine fit.
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
Recommend and drive improvements that impact recruiting strategy.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of technical sourcing experience with a search firm, agency or in-house recruiting team.
3+ years of demonstrated research/technical sourcing experience.
3+ years working in a team environment, managing multiple staffing priorities and providing strong consultative skills to our business teams throughout the search process.
3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems/Candidate Relationship Management tools such as Taleo, Workday, Smashfly, etc.
3+ years of interviewing and interpersonal skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
Experience sourcing talent in most of the following areas: IC design, validation, verification, software, hardware, systems engineering or related technologies..
Experience using sourcing as a tool to help drive diversity initiatives.
Experience doing full cycle recruiting.
