We have a fast growing ecommerce business and are looking for an experienced SEO leader to join a driven and excited team of ecommerce professionals. You’ll work with a dynamic team of digital marketers, web developers, and merchandisers to help small businesses around the world discover

What You’ll Do:
  • Create an SEO Strategy to improve organic traffic and revenue in core countries
  • Build and develop a global in-house team to support SEO growth in all markets
  • Monitor KPIs and manage program to meet financial targets
  • Prioritize and implement technical SEO roadmap
  • You will work with development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
  • Monitor KPIs and manage program to meet financial targets
  • Collaborate with internal team on a user experience that increases site conversion while ensuring benefit for SEO
  • Share SEO learnings across programs
  • Provide program updates to senior leadership
  • Coordinate Annual Site Audit (OAR) of all global sites
  • Provide SEO guidance and support for development of new web platform (ABC)
  • Champion a mobile-first and voice search approach across all website properties.
  • Identify emerging trends (Alexa skills, PWAs) in SEO and formulate a strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience managing SEO and content marketing for an established web site; agency experience a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving business results through SEO
  • Thorough understanding of the SEO landscape and best practices
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Proficiency with SEO tools, including BrightEdge, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic SEO, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Adwords Keyword Planner, Moz
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management skills and willingness to be hands on
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
