Personnel Security Specialist

You Have:
5+ years of experience in the Federal government, professional services, or Federal consulting environment
Experience as a Personnel Security Specialist
Experience writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence or material to support decision-making
Ability to create and manage tracking tools, using SharePoint, Excel, and Teams to monitor high volumes of adjudication packages
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Experience implementing Key Performance Indicators and success metrics
Experience as a DoD Action Officer or Cybersecurity Policy Analyst
Experience using collaboration and data management tools
Knowledge of the HSPD-12 adjudication process
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent analytical skills, to provide insights into package processing times, identify process improvements, and help streamline processes
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
