Works in tandem with the Community Standards (Covenants) liaison, oversees Design Review and is liaison to the Committee. Conducts routine home/lot inspections and resale disclosure inspections community-wide to ensure compliance and due process enforcement of the Community Charter and Residential Design Guidelines. Follows through to ensure issues are resolved and provides answers to general inquiries as they relate to the design elements of the community.

Essential Functions:
Part of the Community Standards Team and acts as the liaison with the ARC members and the facilitator for implementation of new design policy resolutions.
Coordinates inspection schedule and ARC enforcement programs.
Performs routine Exterior Modification Application follow-up and "curb appeal" home/lot field inspections.
Conducts comprehensive inspections and records/verifies approval for inventory of each lot.
Reviews lot files and compares contents with conditions/improvements noted on inspection.
Ensures any follow-up occurs for resales regarding all violation notices.
Performs follow-up inspections of ARC applications.
Ensures all correspondence, record keeping and property files are updated.
Generates weekly/monthly reports with accuracy.
Manages and updates letter templates as necessary to ensure accuracy and inclusiveness of required language while maintaining a positive message.
Prepares and distributes the Agenda for ARC Violation Hearings.
Assists in preparation of meeting room and other tasks before and after the meetings.
Assists in record keeping and managing residents attending the meeting or hearing.
Takes Minutes of the ARC Violation Hearings and prepares for distribution.
Prepares and distributes hearing result letters as required.
Pre-reviews submitted Design Review applications to ensure checklist items are included prior to any review by the ARC.
Acts as Design Review Committee Liaison by communicating with and assisting residents through the application process, from answering general questions about the guidelines to relaying Committee comments, feedback, and decisions on submitted applications.
Completes all administrative duties for ARC, including preparing all application packages, taking and drafting meeting minutes, creating meeting agenda, issuing decision letters to applicants, and any other administrative needs of the Committee.
Attends all Design Review Committee related meetings, including but not limited to on-site visits, pre-review meetings, and Design Review Committee meetings.
Monitors ARC email to ensure all email inquiries are responded to within 48 hours and any issues are seen through to resolution.
Other duties assigned that logically coincide with the above or are generally within the scope of the position.

Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel, and preferably SmartWebs.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have use of reliable personal transportation.

Abilities Required:
Normal dexterity of hands and fingers.
Regular, skilled use of personal computers and other office machines.
Normal physical strength to handle routine office materials, tools and objects up to 25 lbs.
Normal eye-hand-foot coordination.
Normal physical mobility, which includes movement from place to place.
Normal verbal, written and non-verbal communication.
Normal ability to see, distinguish color and hear

Prior Community Standards or community management experience (preferred)

Salary: Up to $45,000.00 /year
