Kantar Millward Brown Digital, is seeking a Market Research Associate Client Analyst for our Media team, where you will be responsible for executing research projects for existing publisher, social media, and media tech companies. As an Associate Client Analyst, you will design questionnaires, pull data, write reports, and understand how to tell a story from data. Our teams work with some of the top brands, publishers, and digital agencies and we are looking for someone who can help contribute to our continued success and rapid growth.

  • Research Execution: Ensure clients’ business questions are addressed by initially supporting team members in any and all necessary aspects of research execution
  • Analytics: With supervision and coaching, design survey drafts and create first versions of results presentations; increase competency with using internal systems and tools
  • Presentation Skills: Practice and refine presentation skills through internal initiatives with managers and team-members
  • Quality Assurance: For assigned projects, with supervision and coaching, responsible for playing an integral role in overall project quality by the continuous monitoring of sample/data and creative activity while providing QA support for surveys and reports
  • Effective Communication: Utilize effective communication skills in-person, over the phone and via email with internal and external clients. Develop an approach/system for communicating key project considerations (i.e. recruitment concerns, technical issues) with team members
  • Professional Development and Training: Proactively participate in offered training and development initiatives, whether structured or organic on the job opportunities; proactively seek opportunities to broaden industry and Millward Brown Digital knowledge base, develop analytic skills, increase familiarity with Millward Brown Digital systems and tools and strengthen communication and project management expertise

  • 0 -1 years experience in digital and/or marketing industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business or Social Sciences preferred)
  • Understanding of, and passion for, marketing, social media, and consumer technology
  • Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, SAS etc.) a plus
  • Track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to tell a story from the data
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Team player mentality—willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organized, and with a drive for accuracy and timeliness
  • Desire to develop both research and client management skills
  • The ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
