The primary duties of the Environmental EIT are to assist Senior Engineers in environmental remediation projects which include remediation design and implementation. Performs routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures. Projects have clear, specified objectives and limited variables. Performs administrative duties associated with project management for environmental remediation projects. Works independently on small projects or assists more senior engineers on larger projects. Duties may include field work and may require travel.

BS/MS in Environmental Engineering, or closely related engineering discipline is required. EIT and Hazwoper 40 hour training is strongly preferred. 1+ years general environmental engineering experience is preferred, but will consider entry level candidates, particularly with prior internship experience in a related field. Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and GIS experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
