American Concrete Concepts a well-established Industrial Coating & Polished Concrete Company is looking for a motivated Sales Rep for their Fort Worth, TX based office. ACCI, has been providing polished concrete and related services to the industry for more than 12 years. Our large fleet of trucks and equipment, and our experienced in-house crews allow us to meet the strenuous demands of our industry. We service not only our local markets, but travel extensively throughout the U.S.
Key Responsibilities: You will be representing our ACCI to new and existing customers. Networking, ability to develop your own book of business, and strong closing abilities are all crucial for success. Develop and grow sales of Concrete Polishing. Develop and maintain solid working relationships with current customers, general contractors and architects. Responsible for customer development and project estimating. This will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships. As a representative of American Concrete Concepts, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products within the state of Texas.
Essential Skills: Previous experience working for a concrete polishing company is a MUST. Must be able to drive to job sites and meet contractors providing them with estimates. Creating job proposals for the client. This requires proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of applications and close attention to detail and understanding of the job. Daily time management and efficiency. Scheduling appointments, and being sure proposals are sent out on time.
Outside Sales: Finding new clients to build a unique book of business. Identifying the industries that use our services is vital. Minimum (3) year of sales experience in Concrete Polishing a must. Sufficient knowledge of the CONCRETE POLISHING and Industrial Coating: (installation, decorative concrete, overlays, concrete repair, epoxy). Able to interpret architectural plans & specifications, construction design elements and make technical recommendations. Able to proficiently demonstrate polishing & epoxy systems. Generate and create opportunities and new leads with general contractors, retail chains, public bids, Industrial, facility managers & architect/designers. Follow up on bids and close sales. Maintain client satisfaction level. A strong motivation to develop new accounts are needed for success in this position.
