What we need from you:
- Prior experience working within the digital marketing space (preferably 5-7 years).
- Experienced in, and working knowledge of:

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Digital Strategist and Account team to develop effective SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings across multiple websites and platforms.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for improving our SEO efforts.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools and platforms to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations for website architecture, URL structure, and navigation improvements to enhance SEO performance.
- Conduct regular audits of websites to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities and techniques for SEO success.
- Participate in weekly L10 meetings to collaborate with department Leads to maintain consistency in communication, workflow, procedure, and goal setting.
- Attend weekly meetings and be prepared to address client campaign performance.
What your day to day looks like:
- Internal and external discussions to understand the client's business goals, client’s target audience, campaign performance, and overall business success.
- Create existing website content audits and recommendations at the page level.
- Create new website content recommendations based on content gap analysis.
- Implement quantitative and analytical skills to use and analyze data to achieve strategies and optimizations.
- Manage the development and implementation of SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance using analytics programs.
- Pull, analyze, and report on SEO strategies to internal team members and clients, tying to client’s expectations and goals.
- Manage the creation of client dashboards for accuracy and specific date.
- Use advanced lead tracking methods to qualify conversions.
- Staying on top of industry trends and changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved search rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest SEO trends, industry developments, and search engine algorithm updates.
