Brief Description:
The Hospice Aide is responsible to the Clinical Coordinator to provide patient care to hospice patients. Involves daily travel to do patient visits in patient's homes or in nursing facilities in the Washington County/South Hills area.
Requirements for this position are:
- Pennsylvania LPN License or CNA Certification
- Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record and dependable vehicle.
- At least one year of experience preferably in hospice or homecare.
- Involves daily travel to patients' home and facilities.
