Directs, plans, organizes and evaluates multiple substance use disorder programs. Oversees quality of care, patient experience, clinical and financial performance. Ensures program compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains quality standards.
*1. Develops and monitors strategic operating goals and objectives. Reports operational performance, justification and/or corrective actions.
*2. Develops and implements program clinical components, administrative methods, policies and procedures.
*3. Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports. Oversees the selection, development, management and evaluation of indirect reports. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
*4. Conducts formal staff training seminars on various patient care related topics.
*5. Develops and oversees financial management including budget, salary, capital, and revenue projections.
*6. Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations of federal, state and local governmental agencies.
*7. Builds and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
8. Performs related duties, as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· MSW,RN,NP, MD, PhD, or related degree required
· Minimum of seven (7) years progressively responsible clinical work experience, required.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, required.
