The Minnesota Vikings Creative Group is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator that can streamline workflows and ensure successful delivery of quality projects. From project kick off meetings to managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, the ideal candidate is willing to play a tactical role – but has experience leading the strategic charge, too.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish goals, schedule, and scope of creative projects
Manage projects from concept through completion interfacing with internal clients, creative team, and outside production partners
Select and implement a project management system to be used throughout the Vikings organization and with our external partners.
Partner with internal clients to define and realize their communication strategy using exceptional listening and collaboration skills;
Become a trusted advisor to internal clients by understanding their goals/objectives, clarifying their needs and offering strategic recommendations;
Manage quotes and budgets of production vendors, keep records and billing details on all design and production projects
Analyze and report departmental stats, ensuring this data is communicated to the Director Brand & Creative
Ensure that brand guidelines are upheld across all design projects both internally and externally produced
Manage onsite installation of creative projects with our outside production vendors.
Ability to operate under pressure
An effective communicator orally and written with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive sports environment
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
2-4 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Available to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
