Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service and support

- Assist with product training and onboarding for new customers
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
