Overview
We are seeking a mature, responsible and experienced person to join our family service department. If you have a passion for customer service and have inside/outside sales experience, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
-Have a business-like appearance and friendly conduct
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting families with their inquiries and purchases
- Conduct product presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Experience
- Previous experience in inside or outside sales is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Strong personal communication skills with good phone etiquette
We will provide product training and office space.
