Carrot is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Rep to join our dynamic and growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, driving relationships with local hospitality businesses, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the area. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality & have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Duties
- Meet with local bars, restaurants, and other hospitality centric business daily to discuss our local "where to eat" map and customer facing application.
- Manage and grow a designated territory, including identifying and pursuing new customers & opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customer.
- Utilize software tools, including a sales CRM, to track sales performance and manage customer interactions.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling and email/social campaigns, to generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and executive team to share best practices and drive team performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
