Job Summary:
Jostens is looking for an experienced Commercial Printing Customer Service Rep to join our team in Clarksville, Tennesee. This role is responsible for initiating, monitoring and directing communications between customers, sales reps and production/internal customers for commercial work. Our reps also assist in directing and coordinating assigned commercial customer service departmental operations within the department, and work closely with the Customer Service Manager for additional administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities include meeting department objectives for quality, quantity, cost and prompt delivery of services.



  • Associates degree or BA in Business, Marketing and/or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experienced in Customer Service, Sales and/or Publishing
  • Must be team minded and positive in all interactions with employees at every level of the organization
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter with demonstrated decision-making ability
  • Ability to make decisions and work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work and learn new technology and procedures quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed


  • 5+ years of Commercial Customer Service experience, specifically in Commercial Printing
  • Excellent computer skills, especially proficient in Excel spreadsheets
  • Production computer software knowledge a plus
