We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our growing Technology Services team! Qualified candidates will have a deep and broad knowledge of computer software, hardware, and networks. The Systems Administrator will design, implement and maintain the essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, messaging systems and servers. The individual in this role will manage the Credit Union’s Windows environment, including Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and file sharing services across multiple locations. Additionally, they will oversee the daily operations of the company’s physical and virtual server environment, running both Windows and Linux based operating systems. They will also administer in-house and cloud based systems and applications, including Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams, as well as Data Protection products such as Sophos and Symantec. This individual will work closely with the helpdesk team to assist in the resolution of escalated tickets for both internal staff, external vendors and credit union members.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills are required, as is the ability to manage multiple workloads with successful results. Successful candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of working independently, as well as being comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
