Reporting to the Vice President, Major Gifts and Foundation Giving, the Development Assistant is responsible for assisting the Vice President with the implementation of development activities for the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. The Associate works closely with the Vice President, as well as other members of the department to manage the administrative duties necessary to raise funds for the success of the Museum. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with office technology, well-organized, and will take initiative to seek creative solutions that help the department achieve its goals.

- Provide administrative support to the Vice
President, Major Gifts & Foundation Giving, such as answering the phone,
maintaining the calendar, scheduling meetings with current and prospective
donors, and other projects as assigned.

- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- While performing the duties of this position, the
