This role requires a solid foundation in programming concepts, backed by relevant education, certifications, and extensive work experience. Key Requirements: • Technical Proficiency: Advanced to expert skills in developing client-server or cloud applications. Strong understanding of programming concepts and design procedures. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT, including at least 3 years working with the Salesforce Platform, covering administrative configuration and APEX/Visualforce development. • Security & Self-Direction: Deep knowledge of web application security and the ability to work independently with sound judgment. • Contract Development: Experience in developing and negotiating contracts. • Quality Management: Familiarity with Quality Management principles and practices. • People Skills: Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff, with a strong aptitude for providing performance and development advice.
