Adapt for Life has an exciting opportunity for a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). As a member of our consulting team, you will develop and implement individualized treatment strategies for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum and related disorders. Services typically at our ABA Center located in New Albany, as well asplace in the individual’s home, school, or other community setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial & ongoing assessments and write progress reports.
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
  • Supervise and train ABA Therapists.
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for individuals ages 3 through 22.
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors.
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis for all problem behaviors.
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and chart progress.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • BCBA certification, in good standing, is required
