Position Description

The Administrative Assistant/Senior Secretary (Fundraising) is responsible for administrative duties related to fundraising, accounts receivable, entering pledges in Raiser's Edge software, year-round support to special events, answering phones and attend community events. Managing fundraising correspondence for the Kids To Camp Golf Tournament, Endowment and Booster Club Dinner, capital campaign and special events; and managing rosters and A/R reports, and helping with projects as assigned by Executive Director.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Knowledge of Raiser's Edge, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Knowledge of business communications, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes and reports.
Knowledge of office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, office equipments and record keeping.
Effective verbal, interpersonal relations, and written communication skills.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little supervision.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to effectively plan and organize.
Ability to handle/manage multiple tasks/projects.
Proficient in building a strong team of staff and volunteer leaders.
Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Director with fundraising functions for year-round Campaign, Booster Club Dinner, Endowment and Kids to Camp Golf Tournament, special events and community events. Manage correspondence, invoicing, and accounts receivables.
