What you will do:
Adhere to the needs based sales process outlined in the Consumer Banking and Wealth Management Playbooks. Identify opportunities by following the CURES Sales Process, utilizing the Client Needs Review (CNR) to document activities and conversations in CRM. Manage and develop a portfolio of relationships within target segments to retain and grow deposits, wealth management opportunities and other revenue generating products and services. Maintain an active pipeline of target market clients. Take a lead role in creating an extraordinary client experience and helping the Financial Center meet sales and client service objectives. May provide support and assistance to colleagues. May act as a CSA to assist clients with transactional banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.



Required Skills
Associate’s degree in Business preferred
Minimum 2-years experience in customer service and financial services including developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources preferred
National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration may be required upon hire
Proficiency in sales and service techniques, including telemarketing consulting, prospecting and networking
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, experience with outside calling preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong financial acumen, general knowledge of commercial lending to small businesses
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish credibility and rapport, excellent customer contact skills
Strong time management skills
Strong PC skills preferred
