Provides supervision of the people involved in the energy management system projects, and interacts with the general contractor, customer, or other trades on the job to ensure EMS projects are completed efficiently, accurately and on-time.

1.Promotes and fosters teamwork within EMS project crew setting specific goals, monitoring and analyzing jobs as they proceed, forecasting current and future manpower requirements as needed, and appraising individual and group performance to establish a highly competent crew.

2.Provides support on EMS job sites by double checking plans, ordering parts as needed and solving problems in the field.

3.Provides EMS project support by building electrical diagrams for the wiring of devises used on smoke detectors, and other equipment such as inverters to ensure a timely and quality completion of the projects.

4.Provides project management support by attending job site meetings to ensure the customers’ needs and job requirements are met.

5.Provides support writing programs and floor plans and start up equipment, as needed

6.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Knowledge of controllers (Comtrol, CPC, Danfoss).

Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, HVAC

Knowledge Project Management.

Ability to use computer systems; MS Word, Excel

Ability to create electrical diagrams of wiring on smoke detectors and inverters.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills

High school diploma and up to 18 months of related vocational, technical or trade school classes; 10+ years experience in the a related industry, and certification in some areas of Novar or CPC. Experience running multiple projects, and supervising work sites.
