As a Customer Care Representative, your role involves communicating with prospective customers via phone, email, SMS and chat for our Auto sales client. Our contact center fosters a dynamic, enjoyable atmosphere where meeting attendance and performance-based goals result in bonuses. Working collaboratively as a team, you'll initiate contact, follow up with customers, and provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities as a Contact-Center Customer Care Representative:
- Making inbound and outbound calls to active leads, converting prospective shoppers into customers.
- Communicate with active leads via Phone, Email, SMS and Chat.
- Conduct discovery calls with shoppers to identify their needs and provide suitable options, while gathering feedback on their experience on our website.
- Collaborate with external teams to discuss down payments, inventory questions, delivery options etc…
- Match customers with vehicles that meet their needs and available financing options.
- Collect down payments and customer documentation required to complete the sale.
- Understand the various documentation required for automobile sales, along with knowledge of auto insurance terminology.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefit to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a high-volume sales call environment.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
- Tech Savvy
- Team oriented.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (Typing test required)
- Fundamental skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic
Available Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Sunday: Closed
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience with performance bonuses

- Base pay at $15/hr., with an opportunity to earn an additional $5 per hour for good attendance and meeting set KPI targets, resulting in an hourly rate of $20.00.
