Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities
Approximately 80% of time on floor and 20% office management time
Responsible for the restaurant, staff, and guests during shifts you are managing
Must be able to manage other managers and get the most of them
Be a strong presence in the restaurant for the guests and staff
Responsible for financial management of the restaurant
Truly understand and live our culture
Restaurant Manager Required Skills
Simultaneously lead and take direction.
Support training program and assist in the development of team members.
Create and participate in a fun and safe work environment with clear expectations, high standards, and inspiration
Be passionate about honesty, mutual enthusiasm, clear communication, professionalism, and respect
. Work as a productive team member with other members of the management team
. Help plan and run special events (both in-store and in the community).
Follow through on existing systems such as scheduling, employee tracking, cleaning schedules, etc.
Be an active member of the community in which restaurant is located
Actively engaged in guest experience and food and beverage quality
Presenting a positive mood to staff and guests 100% of the time at work
Salary Range- $55,000-60,000
