Prestigious billion-dollar residential development and property management conglomerate now seeks entrepreneur with 7+ years property management accounting; residential development and property management (Class A commercial office a must). Lending experience a plus. Any family office experience a plus. Experience must include total accounting responsibility in a multi-entity real estate environment. Position reports directly to Senior Management and will support and ensure the company’s financial reporting obligations and implement processes. Prioritize, establish, and implement department procedures, processes, and systems to support business’ immediate needs and long-range goals. Responsible for budget, strategic planning, and forecasting. Manage deliverables to banks, tax preparers, and other stakeholders. Plan, direct and ensures timely, complete, and accurate accounting ledgers and financial statements. Instrumental in the packaging of year-end financial statements for submission to firm CPAs for preparation and filing of entity tax returns. Manage payment of loans and loan compliance. Review and maintain appropriate accounting guidelines and controls. Responsible for cash management function and banking relationships. Responsible investor reporting functions. Coordinate Monthly Partnership Distributions. Oversee all accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, complex journal entries. Oversee capital contribution, capital distributions, equity schedules, income/loss allocations, and all appropriate accounting accruals and deferrals. Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Yardi, Excel, Outlook, and related accounting systems.

Pay: $230,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
