We're looking for people who want to contribute to the growth of a small dog & cat bed manufacturer. We sell our beds online: direct to consumers, B2B and we also have a donation program for shelters and rescues.
Working near BWI Airport, you will get to communicate with animal lovers over the phone and via email.
No face-to-face customer interactions.
We are a small shop of 35 on staff so you will be asked to take on various responsibilities and work well with others. Our workplace is professional yet casual and friendly.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Job responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service databases
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Reaching out to new and established accounts via phone and email
Experience Necessary:
- Microsoft Office suite - (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Google Chrome / Firefox
- Articulate correspondence via email and over the phone
This is not a commissioned sales position.
Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Hourly Wage: $18.00 / hour
Hourly wage plus annual bonus opportunities.
Health benefits are provided for full-time employees.
1 PTO day for every 240 hours worked for full-time employees.
Hours are calculated by start date in years 1, 5 and 10.
No remote work option
