- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Operate baking equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to cook and bake a wide range of baked goods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in baking
- Experience working in a restaurant or food production setting
- Proficiency in using knives and other culinary tools
- Knowledge of catering and packaging requirements for baked goods
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
