Wesley Commons is seeking highly qualified Sous Chef and Fine Dining Cooks! Excellent opportunity to help transform a multi-outlet operation into a culinary wonderland under the tutelage of F&B Director Geoff Rhyne and Executive Chef George Tenney. Newly renovated kitchen and restaurant areas which includes an outdoor venue, brand new kitchen build out, and beautifully redesigned dining areas.
The Sous Chef and Fine Dining Cooks should be inspired by cooking with the seasons and perfecting cooking techniques will assist the Executive Chef with diversified kitchen and dining room duties. The Sous Chef will assist with menu planning, preparation, inventory and managing of supplies while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and communication. Experience required.
