We are in search of an IT Project Coordinator who is deeply detail-oriented, highly organized, results-driven, and quick to respond. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients' IT projects are completed promptly and managed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in both administrative tasks and technical project management, acting as a vital conduit between our clients and our engineering teams to guarantee seamless operations and the on-time execution of services.
As the IT Project Coordinator, you will handle a variety of tasks:
- Coordinate with our engineering team the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Monitor project schedules, supervise deadlines, coordinate responsibilities, and provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and update project documentation and detailed reports for upper management review.
- Assist the President with projects.
- Oversee invoicing and collections within the accounts receivable process.
- Track IT equipment and supplies to support project and operational needs.
- Ensure the organization of the office and manage routine communications.
- Assist with occasional human resources tasks including new hire paperwork and tracking necessary record-keeping.
To be successful, we believe you will have:
- Advanced education such as an Associate's, or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in project coordination or administrative roles within professional environments, preferably in IT or technology-focused settings
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including professional English verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Detail-driven, self-starting, ability to problem solve and conceptualize and anticipate needs before they arise.
- Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information are crucial
