Stevens & Lee’s real estate team offers a deep base of practical experience representing owners, developers, financial institutions and other entities in a broad range of real estate-related matters, including acquisitions, conveyances, land use approvals, financing, construction and leasing. Our real estate team is widely known as experienced, aggressive, and creative problem solvers who consistently achieve exceptional results for clients. We represent hospitals and health care providers, educational institutions, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, regional shopping center developers, distribution park developers, retailers and residential developers.

Ideal candidates will have two to five years of real estate transactional experience that includes any of the following areas:
- Purchase/Sale of real property
- Commercial leasing
- Real estate financing
- Realty transfer tax matters
- Contract drafting
- Familiarity with land use and zoning
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
