CoSolutions, Inc, a Sterling, VA based corporation, is a rapidly growing, woman-owned business providing professional and technical services to Federal and industry clients.

CoSolutions, Inc. currently seeks an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager as the strategic lead for the HR function and to serve as a member of the Senior Management Team.

This is a full-time opportunity located at our Sterling, VA headquarters and may require occasional travel. The HR Department includes an HR Assistant. The corporate management team includes top-of-the-line IT, accounting, finance, and benefits administration resources, all available as needed for HR.

U.S. Citizenship is required and preference will be given to someone who holds and Active Clearance or can obtain an Active Clearance.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will lead:
Strategic Human Resources including
Development and management of policies, procedures, processes and process improvement, to ensure that HR strategies align with organizational business goals and objectives
Review and implementation of strategic systems – HRIS, Applicant Tracking (in coordination with the Recruiting Department), Data Collection, and Reporting
Development and administration of Talent Management programs and initiatives, including performance review and training
Participation and contribution to annual strategic planning including staffing and compensation planning
Employee Relations, including reviewing and resolving employee issues
Compliance processes, including data collection and management, and reporting (AAP, EEO-1, VETS, et al)
Management of new hire on-boarding, including briefings and enrollments
Management of personnel filing systems
Oversight of payroll and employee benefits administration functions, including those involving Service Contract Act employees
Management of vendor relations, including payroll and benefits, third party administrators, and systems consultants

Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience: 10 plus years of experience managing Human Resources in a government contracting environment; experience with SCA a plus.
