This position supports the Marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs and campaigns. This essential team members will analyze data in project management system (ProjectPlace) to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, managing the production of marketing collateral and promotional items. Because this position is completely integrated into the team, it reviews all active team projects and activities and coordinates resources as necessary to align with priorities.

Manage and track expectations proactively regarding all production activity by providing status reports with consistent and regular communications to the team.
Manage promotional item ordering and inventory.
Assist with fast turnaround and ad hoc marketing projects.
Assist with utilization reporting and analysis of marketing team member workloads.
Assist with guiding business unit team members to marketing resources as needed.
Assist with contributing to multiple marketing projects in collaboration with account managers/team leaders.
Collaborate with Account and Creative colleagues through project management system (ProjectPlace) to develop accurate and complete job specifications and take each assignment through to finish.
Troubleshoot throughout project lifecycle to re-balance team workload as necessary and provide quality assurance.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and assist with delivery when needed.
Assist with issuing purchase orders, as appropriate.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution in marketing, advertising, general business or relevant field
3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Ability to quickly condense complex issues into multiple digestible written components
Interest in disability employment, events marketing, and web
Experience working with project management systems and workflow tools to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Mastery of all Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related experience strongly preferred
3+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals and teams across a 400+ organization with a national footprint
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong oral and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills
Strong organizational skills
Capable of working independently and solving problems under time pressure
Flexible schedule and some travel required during certain time periods
